About the authors:
Authentic Spanish tapas recipes, created by Marc Fibla, who was a ship cook on the yacht of a Spanish model store owner after stations at El Bulli and as the head of a noble hotel restaurant in Barcelona.
Many of the traditional recipes emerged from the need to preserve food- day-to-day business for Marc at the South Sea, Atlantic and Pacific passages. He has all these experiences in “Tapas! The cookbook ”collected.
The recipes were brought into a form that is understandable for non-professionals by the Munich cookbook specialist Ingeborg Pils and corrected by the experienced editor Klaus Stelberg. This saves you typing errors like "... the ingredients briefly joined ..." or "Lachkaviar".
Marc Fibla and Günter Beer cooked, arranged, photographed and eaten all 150 tapas in the Buenavista Studio. The crowd of the test eater was great.
