The Veolia App shows the current departure times of the nearest stops or of a self -selected stop/line. The nearest stops are determined based on your GPS location. If you choose a stop, you will see which lines leave there. If you choose a bus line, it will be indicated per direction which stops the vehicle stops. You can immediately see whether the bus leaves on time and whether a diversion applies.
If you have chosen a stop or line, you will also see the buses on the map. The current position of the buses is updated every minute so that you can follow the bus 'live'.
The app also has a travel planner with which you can request travel advice from your current location or from a self -chosen address to a travel destination in the Netherlands.
The 'diversions' function also gives an overview of the diversions/disruptions by bus line separately.
With the 'Customer Service' function you can (after logging in) send a notification directly to customer service. In addition, the app also offers the possibility to contact the Veolia customer service directly by telephone or e-mail.
