2. Added Version # to Login Screen at the bottom of the gray box

3. Added Validation for SSO Registration as follows:
- SSO character length should be exactly 9 digits and it should be numeric characters.
- DOB format should be “mm/dd” and check for invalid values of Month/Date.
- SSN should be of length 4 digits.
