I suggest going for either of the first two tasks as they are extremely easy to complete. However, to get the Elite Token, you must participate in and finish all three events in Heroes Battlegrounds. During the King of the Hill event, one or more Christmas trees will spawn somewhere on the map. You can easily spot it by the green light beam it emits straight up into the sky. Stand inside the circle around the tree for at least five seconds to earn one-third progress to earning the Elite Token (awarded when the event ends). I even managed to occupy a Christmas tree as there were no players around it.
When the Santa's Sleigh event begins, look up and you'll see a sleigh flying around the stadium (see first image above). Santa will often drop a present off the sleigh that you have to reach before other players. You can easily spot the gift box as it's marked by neon green color (see second image). Open at least one present and you'll be granted progress at the end of the event.
The Reverse Tag event puts presents on the heads of two random players. If you get the present, hold it for 10 seconds and defend yourself from other players by dodging. Otherwise, hit the player holding the present with a move at least once for progress.
Completing all three event requirements will earn you the Elite Token (and of course the Regular Token) in Heroes Battlegrounds. However, these Tokens can't be used in-game . You'll have to open up Winter Spotlight from the Roblox menu in which you can unlock gifts using these. Collect more Tokens from other featured games to obtain more gifts.
