To enchant a fishing rod, you'll need an Enchant Relic . If you've reached Level 30 , you can purchase them from Merlin at the top of Sunstone Island for 11,000C$ - coordinates (-945, 220, -990).

This will consume your Enchant Relic and apply a random enchantment to your rod.
