Notoriety is back in Roblox after so long and has been rebranded as an official PAYDAY experience. The gameplay is just like you remember it excluding some functional changes to some heists, weapons, armor, and more. In this guide, you'll find the best weapons, builds, skills, and controls to use in Roblox Notoriety.

Best Weapons in Notoriety Roblox

Kicking off with the most important tool in a shooter game: weapons. You can equip a primary and a secondary weapon in Notoriety PAYDAY. New weapons have been added and the availability of some existing ones has been shuffled. Below I've listed the best weapon options to use in the game, which don't require gamepass (as not everyone owns one).

Best Primary Weapons

If you do own a gamepass subscription, try using the Crossbow for your next stealth heist. It has unmatched concealment, damage, and accuracy, which make it great for sneaky missions. Furthermore, the M16 (the default weapon) is perfect for beginners as it has balanced stats and is reasonably powerful. Hence, I don't recommend hasty purchases; instead, wait until you have enough to buy a good gun.

Best Secondary Weapons

Swapping to your secondary weapons when you run out of bullets is always a preferred tactic by experienced players. After the recent changes, some good primary weapons like the P90 and UMP45 were moved to the secondary category. Now you can carry two excellent weapons simultaneously, but that is not necessary as the standard G17 is reliable and does a good job anyway.

Best Skills in Notoriety Roblox

The skill tree in Notoriety features four classes with several unique skills under them. Every skill serves a specific purpose and it's up to the player to choose which one they require based on their playstyle and the heist setting. For instance, Mastermind and Ghost skill trees feature the best abilities for a stealth-focused build. That said, I've listed some fundamental skills that prove useful in most cases below.

• Intimidator : The range to take a hostage is increased tremendously. Ace this and you can take a civilian hostage just by shooting near them, with a silenced gun preferably.

Enforcer

• Pack Animal : A must-have perk for all scenarios as it reduces the weight of the bags by half. When aced, it allows you to grab the bag instantly without the usual delay.
• Fighter : Swapping to and from melee weapons is twice as fast and you move 5 percent faster with melee equipped. This is another very crucial skill to get in this category.
• Shock and Awe : With this perk you can penetrate shields and even deal three times the damage to armor when aced. Furthermore, your resistance to flashbangs increases.
• Shotgun CQB : A no-brainer for players using a Shotgun as it ups the reload speed by 35 percent.
• Oppressor : Now that SAW has been moved to the gadget category, it'll become even more popular among players. Use this skill to make the weapon silent and improve its concealment by five points.

• Silent Drill : This new skill is indispensable for bank heists where you want to drill safes without alerting anyone.
• Drill Technician : Deploying a drill takes half as much time and when aced, this skill enhances the drill operation speed by 10 percent.
• IT Department : Repairing a stuck drill takes 50 percent less time than usual. After this ability is aced, you can simply hit the drill with your melee to start it back up.

• Duck and Cover : You can regenerate stamina 25 percent faster and also sprint 25 percent faster after this skill is aced.
• Parkour : Another important movement perk that grants you a 10 percent movement speed buff and the ability to reload while sprinting.
• Infiltrator : Equipping this skill allows you to open doors with a single kick. You can upgrade this to ace for two bonus concealment points and a 100 percent boost to the lock-picking speed.
• Chameleon : This skill spots the special enemies for you even when your mask isn't put on. Furthermore, you can interact with objects in casing mode after this skill is aced.

Notoriety Best Builds - Stealth and Loud

There are mainly two ways a heist can go in Notoriety Roblox PAYDAY: sneaky like a ninja or guns blazing. While some heists have a set approach, other times it's the player's choice on how they want to proceed with the robbery. Regardless, I have some good build recommendations for both scenarios.

Best Stealth Build in Notoriety

I've given options for weapons so that players who haven't unlocked the expensive guns still have something good to rock. For the melee, getting the Excalibur would be a crutch as it has superb concealment, however, it's expensive and costs $2.5 million. It should go without saying that a silencer attachment (see the above image) is a must on your guns.

Throwing Knife is a go-to for stealth missions, but it now has a strong competitor: SAW . Equip the SAW if you want, especially on bank heists with safes, but don't forget to equip the Oppressor Technician skill to make it silent. The skill tree I've provided will give you the best stealth experience in Notoriety.

For the equipment, I went with the Medical Kit as it'll allow me to heal up when required. Furthermore, I've enhanced its capabilities with some skills like Extra Supplies and Doctor. Because you'll be facing countless enemies, put on an armor with some replenishing properties (once again thanks to the skill tree).
